Capella facilitates a creative workshop designed to inspire participants to reflect on their life journey through the lens of storytelling. Drawing on two decades of experience producing films, Capella illustrates that every life is a series of moments, just as film is a series of frames. If we pause to observe these frames, what stories do they tell? What themes emerge, and who are the characters that shape our narrative?
