Drawing from a compilation of research studies, Dr. Laura Morgan Roberts highlights key challenges that racially diverse professionals face in gaining access, authenticity, advancement, authority, and accountability for attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent in just and equitable ways. She’ll share key steps that engage three zones of action — heads, hearts, and hands — to increase organizational awareness of racial inequalities and why they matter at work, and to promote racial justice at work.
