Connection is something that we all know through feeling. Some of those feelings include the emotions—both positive and negative—that we experience as we interact with others. Other feelings are of the form or “shape” of the situation we co-create with others, felt as harmony, synchrony, and even beauty. In this talk, J.P. will show just how deeply connecting, gathering, and moving together as one are intrinsic to our human experience, and thus to our experience of work. Let’s see how, from choirs to construction sites, people bring their minds, hearts, and entire bodies to connect across differences as they face challenges, amplify opportunities, and execute beautiful work together.
