Where does the 2025 Positive Business Conference Amplified take place?
The Positive Business Conference Amplified takes place at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business located at 701 Tappan Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48109. Main sessions are held in Robertson Auditorium, on level one. Workshops and activities will take place in classrooms throughout the building on various levels.
When does the 2025 Positive Business Conference Amplified take place?
The conference takes place Thursday, May 15 – Friday, May 16, 2025. The conference will begin with registration at 7:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 15th, with sessions concluding at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, May 16th. Visit the 2025 conference schedule.
What types of sessions can I expect?
Content at the Positive Business Conference Amplified will be frequently interactive and designed to inspire new ideas and practical applications that foster well-being. The agenda will include opportunities for informal connections to be made between participants.
How can I connect prior to the conference with others who will be attending?
One week prior to the conference, we will provide you with our current Participants List, which includes contact information for those who have chosen to share it. We hope this enables you to network and build community.
How do I get there, where can I stay, and where should I park?

What if I have dietary restrictions?
At every meal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions beyond those listed, please note them accordingly on your registration form in the space provided.
What if I need special accommodations?
If you are in need of any special accommodations in order to facilitate your full participation in this conference, please note them accordingly on your registration form in the space provided.
What should I wear to the conference?

What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers access to sessions from inspiring leaders in both thought and action. Also included are all breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and lunches on both days.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration once you have paid in full, please notify us in writing at pbconference@umich.edu. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving written notification. A $100 service fee per registration will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds after 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025.
How long is registration open?
Early bird registration with discounted pricing is available through March 31st. Regular registration will remain open until 11:59 p.m. ET on May 13th. We are unable to accommodate registrations after this deadline.
