Leaders as Designers of Their Organizations: In this workshop, Jeffrey Sanchez-Burks will introduce how to design positive change within your organization and for your customer experiences through human-centric design principles (aka Design Thinking). Drawing upon his own published research and executive education with global fortune 100 companies, Sanchez-Burks will conduct an interactive session that will provide participants a set of specific tools they can use to develop innovative solutions to pressing challenges. The workshop will also include a hands on, action-based learning exercise designed to bring to life critical distinctions between innovation versus execution.
