Katy’s work centers around catalyzing cultural change within institutions through deep-listening, and centering belonging one story at a time. She has over 20 years in learning development, interdisciplinary and systems thinking, project management, and diversity and inclusion roles in public, private, and non-profit settings.
She believes that at the intersection of diversity & inclusion, transformative leadership, organizational development, and wellness, sits belonging. Katy has worked at Snap Inc. and with Nike and Global Sessions facilitating deep listening, team building, collaboration, and developing workshops to increase cultures of connection and innovation.
She holds an MA from Antioch University in Education; Leadership and Social Justice and a BA of Philosophy of Interdisciplinary Studies, from Miami University, OH. She currently works at Snap Inc., supporting the external Council training program, Dandelion.
