Originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland, Kalane earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in health administration and policy. She then worked at The Advisory Board Company and later Optum Insights, where she remained prior to attending Ross for her MBA. This fall she will be kicking off her post-MBA career as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in their DC office. Kalane is passionate about all things social impact and especially how the corporate sector can be more involved within that space.
