Dave Mayer is an Associate Professor and Michael R. and Mary K. Hallman Faculty Fellow in the Management & Organizations Area at Michigan Ross. An award-winning researcher and highly-rated and sought after teacher and speaker, he is an expert on leadership, ethics, and diversity. He has published over 50 articles/chapters and has received numerous prestigious career awards including the Cummings Scholarly Achievement Award from the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management, the Early Career Contribution Award from the International Society of Justice Research, and he is a Fellow in the Association for Psychological Science and the American Psychological Association.
