This presentation will chronicle the formulation and implementation of a positive culture at Michigan Ross and identify the positive practices and positive changes that were required. Several important obstacles and sources of resistance are discussed, and key issues are described that need to be addressed in any organization wishing to create a positive culture and implement positive organizational practices.
