Chief Operating Officer, Shinola
Bailey Mattacola is the Chief Operating Officer of Shinola, overseeing product development, sourcing, supply chain, production, distribution, customer service, quality, and repairs. Ms. Mattacola joined Shinola in January 2020 as director of operations. Since joining the company, she has played a key role in leading the roughly 400-member workforce and streamlining production, sourcing, and operations activities.
In 2012, Ms. Mattacola started her career at GE Healthcare where she completed their Operations Management Leadership Program and eventually became the Operations Manager – CT Manufacturing. In 2016, she moved to McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager in their New York and Detroit offices.
Ms. Mattacola has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
