This workshop highlights the importance of positive leadership in producing the bottom-line results for which leaders are held accountable. Empirical evidence is reviewed showing that positive practices predict extraordinary organizational performance. Special attention is paid to the positive relational energy demonstrated by leaders in producing these outstanding results.
