What if the key to both high performance and employee well-being isn’t found only in top-down policies, but in the everyday choices of individuals? This session unpacks the role of Positive Deviance in reshaping workplace norms, showing how leaders—at any level—can challenge unhealthy expectations and create environments where both people and results flourish. Participants will reflect on and discuss where their own work culture may need a shift and explore potential small (but courageous) action that can lead toward that transformation.
