Allison is a junior BBA focusing in marketing and management at Michigan Ross. After working at the Center for Positive Organizations as a Summer Fellow and conducting research on peer coaching, Allison discovered her passion for Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) as well as a greater imagination for the potential impact businesses can have on society. She is eager to apply POS and corporate social responsibility to her profession and help organizations pay attention to more than just the bottom-line. On campus, Allison is also involved in Impact dance, and LEAD magazine.
