Prior to her transition from the research field to the business world, Elana worked as the Senior Project Coordinator at the Laboratory for Youth Mental Health at Judge Baker Children’s Center, Harvard Medical School. At Michigan, she has worked with Professor Kim Cameron on a project that examined extraordinary attributes of extraordinary companies. Together they explored a wealth of projects and data on positively deviant organizations, focusing on Positive Organizational Scholarship-related attributes and initiatives that contributed to positive organizational change and differentiated organizations from their competitors in their extraordinary performance. This fall, Elana began her first year as an MBA student at the Ross School of Business.
