Christie Wong, CEO of Mac Arthur Corporation – a 50-year-old, medium-sized supplier of custom labels and die-cuts – will tell the story of her company’s 10-year transformation. It began with a focus on positive work culture and operational efficiency. It continues with the aspiration of mapping on-ramps to a thriving future for itself and other American manufacturers.
