After taking a course in the fall of 2012, entitled Positively Leading People and Organizations, Lucy became fascinated with the field of Positive Organizational Scholarship and its surrounding topics. Her research focus is centered on studying co-working spaces. Led by professor Gretchen Spreitzer, her team aims to fully understand this new workplace phenomenon by conducting in-depth observation, both internally and externally, of current co-working spaces. Lucy entered her senior year in Fall 2013, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology.
