Tim is a strategic Human Resources leader with over 17 years of business experience within the healthcare, consulting, technology, staffing and mobile communications industries. Tim is currently Vice President, Human Capital Strategy and Performance at Humana, working closely with senior leaders and business groups to develop and execute leading-edge strategies that build human capital and elevate human and organization performance. His leadership focus includes associate Benefits, Compensation and Organization, Positive Performance Management, Engagement, associate Health & Well-being strategy and broader Human Resources strategy. Over his 10+ years at Humana, he has lead innovative and large-scale human capital initiatives throughout a period of intense business growth and transformative change, contributing to key evolutions in how the company rewards business contributions, motivates talent flow and development, designs benefits that drive associate health and well-being, and advances a culture of high-performance and well-being practices.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville, and has continued executive education as a graduate associate of the RBL Institute’s Human Resources Learning Partnership, and a graduate of Health Care Leaders 2020 through partnership between Harvard University Business Publishing and Humana.
