Professor Lovejoy will lead an interactive session on merging Lean and Positive Organizational tactics in the ethically-charged and mission-critical crucible of health care. Lean and Positive Organizational approaches to process improvements share common philosophical underpinnings, but vary greatly in their applied emphases. The objective of the session is to draft a list of concrete, implementable tactics inspired by both approaches.
