Organizations are increasingly adopting purpose to improve performance across a wide variety of domains from talent acquisition to financial performance. Creating an authentic purpose and communicating it effectively is no easy task, but when done properly, individuals and organizations become more resilient, creative, and engaged with their work and the world around them. Implemented poorly, however, purpose can actually have a negative effect on the very dimensions it is intended to improve. This workshop will explore the current scientific research illustrating the positive impact an authentic and well-communicated purpose can have on individuals, teams, and organizations, as well as some keys to help you unlock your own potential.
