Grace is a senior business student at Michigan Ross. Her involvement with the Center for Positive Organizations (CPO) began with a desire to learn how to create an environment at work where people would thrive and find purpose in their work. Grace is particularly interested in organizational psychology, as well as brand management. In the future, she hopes to be able to implement what she has learned at CPO as a change agent in her organization.
