Team synergy may be created when the group’s output is greater than the sum of the parts. However, many teams fail to achieve their potential due to a variety of “process losses.” In this workshop, we will see challenges of creating team synergy first hand with an interactive role-playing simulation, and then consult on research-based best practices to maximize your team’s long-term performance.
