Achyuta Adhvaryu studies the ways in which firms can take a stake in, and benefit from, the well-being of workers. Most of his work is with low-income worker populations and large industrial firms. He often conducts large-scale randomized experiments testing the effectiveness of well-being interventions in real workplace environments. He is co-founder and sits on the board of directors of Good Business Lab, a labor innovation nonprofit working in the US, South Asia, and Latin America.
